Sustainability-oriented methods of knowledge co-production in research and teaching

February 2, 2017 | University of Bern
The concept of sustainability can be framed and interpreted in several ways, especially within different actor groups. During this Synergies Event, participants were given the opportunity to confront and discuss their own understanding, before some of them presented their experiences with methods and processes to co-produce knowledge and foster sustainability within teaching and research.
These very diverse examples and the sharing of challenges, successes and learnings permitted very enriching exchanges within the group and helped to think together about strategies to anchor sustainable development in teaching, learning and research in a longer term perspective.
