About the programme

The Sustainable Development at Universities Programme (2013 - 2016) aimed at strengthening the position and expertise of Swiss universities in supporting sustainable development.

It was based on a mandate by the (former) Swiss university conference (SUC) and run in partnership with the Mercator Foundation Switzerland.

During the last four years, the programme supported 54 projects. The final report, now available (in german and french), shows that the results are more than positive.
